Pistol is a sorrel roan gelding, born in 1995. He stands 14.2 hands and weighs approximately 975 lbs. He has 4 white socks and a blaze. He came to the Ranch in February of 2003 after his first career as a private pleasure horse.  He is very attentive to his riders and quite sweet!

Pistol enjoys his version of Carrot Cake!




 

            A cool bath makes a great reward...
              but Pistol is looking a bit apprehensive!




Scooter is an unregistered sorrel and white pinto gelding.
He was born in 1995 and he is also about 14.2 hands.
He started working at the Ranch in
October of 1998. He was raised in Idaho
as a rodeo horse prospect, but didn't show
the speed necessary to compete at the
higher levels. He has a really nice lope and he's quite a handsome boy!




Scooter thinks this bath is Heaven!






That seems to be the spot - you can tell by
the look on his face!
